ABOUT ME

Hello! I’m Dr. Ariana Lopez, a licensed physical therapist from Saint Paul, MN. I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 2023. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College in Dance Science with a minor in Public Health.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with people of all ages and stages of life who want to live with more confidence and less worry from chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and pelvic floor issues. I provide inclusive and person-first care and experience working with complex conditions, such as pregnancy/postpartum and hypermobility/EDS.

FAQ

What makes Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness different?

Your sessions will always be one-on-one and with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No rushed appointments or being passed around between multiple therapists, aides, or techs. With multiple locations and flexible scheduling options, there are no long wait times and most appointments can be reserved within 1-2 weeks. This means more time working with me to find the root of your pain or injury and help you heal!

Do you accept insurance?

Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash-based practice, meaning I do not contract with any insurances at this time. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, or HSA/FSA. If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be offered upon request to submit to your insurance for reimbursement via an app called Reimbursify.

By not working with insurance, I’m able to deliver you the care you truly deserve without high deductibles, copays, or limitations on what we can address in therapy.

I am interested in coming to Arlo Physical Therapy, but cannot afford your services.

If you find value in what Dr. Ariana has to offer, but just cannot make full payment, please email info@arlophysicaltherapy.com. I provide sliding scale rates for BIPOC/LGBTQI+ individuals who qualify for financial assistance. I am dedicated to exploring options to help you access the care you deserve, because healing should be accessible to all.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. Under my discretion, I may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances such as illness, loss, or severe weather events.
